POLICIES AT PRASONG THAI SPA
CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY
• We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a 50% service charge.
• No-shows may be charged 100% of the service fee.
• Repeated no-shows may require prepayment for future appointments.
REFUND & SERVICE POLICY
• All massage and spa services are non-refundable once rendered.
• If you are dissatisfied with your service, please notify the front desk immediately during your visit so we may address your concerns.
HEALTH & SAFETY POLICY
• Clients must inform their therapist of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, pregnancy, or other health concerns prior to treatment.
• Prasong Thai Spa is not responsible for issues related to undisclosed medical conditions.
• If you are feeling unwell, we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment.
PERSONAL ITEMS POLICY
• Prasong Thai Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
• Please keep all valuables with you at all times.
